Personal Training: How-To Videos
As a personal trainer, I often see injuries and chronic pain simply due to incorrect technique.
For instance, you may be surprised to know that although you learned how to run when you were young....you have been doing it wrong the whole time, or at least not as efficiently as you could. Or the way you are lifting weights or building strength in other ways could be hindering you more than helping as a result of improper mechanics/technique. When corrected - this can result in much better results/lack of injury.
I have compiled a bunch of how-to videos for basic exercises that I consistently see being done incorrectly and that have led to injuries and/or strains that could have been avoided had the technique been corrected.
