General massage
The manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also called modalities).
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (MFR)
Myofascial release treats at a whole body and mind level by assessing and treating fascia* in the body. MFR treats from a cause and effect approach and is a highly effective therapy that focuses on treating the cause of conditions producing lasting results.
*connective tissue beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses and separates muscles and other internal organs
Conditions typically treated with MFR: back and neck pain, chronic and acute pain, disc problems, whiplash, sprains and strains, pelvic floor pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, repetitive strain syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve impingement disorders, TMJ pain, sciatica, stress- and tension-related disorders, orthopedic problems

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE
A type of massage used to reduce swelling. It encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Manual lymph drainage uses a small but a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow.
Conditions typically treated with MLD: lymphedema, cellulitis, sprains and strains

A treatment used to relieve tension and stress and treat illness, and reduce toxicity in the body. It is based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears linked to every part of the body.
