I always provide my clients with exercises for you to do at home to improve the healing and help decrease the time it takes to heal from an injury or improve from a chronic condition. How-to Videos
As a personal trainer, I often see injuries and chronic pain simply due to incorrect technique. For instance, you may be surprised to know that although you learned how to run when you were young....you may have been doing it wrong the whole time, or at least not as efficiently as you could. Or the way you are lifting weights or building strength is hindering you more than helping you because the technique is wrong and putting strain into areas of your body instead of building functional strength correctly.
I have compiled a bunch of how-to videos for basic exercises that I consistently see being done incorrectly and that have led to injuries and/or strains that could have been avoided had the technique been corrected.
